Goh Bin Ly, was appointed as Senior Manager, Corporate, Treasury and Finance of Konsortium Lapangan Terjaya Sdn Bhd (now known as Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd) in August 2002. In recognition of her extensive expertise and contributions to the Company, she was promoted to Deputy General Manager of Finance on 1 December 2015, and subsequently appointed as General Manager of Finance on 1 March 2024, a position she currently holds.

She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and CPA Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Accounting, from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Goh served as Corporate Advisory Manager at Maju Holdings before being transferred to Konsortium Lapangan Terjaya Sdn Bhd after one year. Earlier in her career, she spent four and a half years with the Corporate Advisory Department of Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad (MIMB), where she was actively involved in a wide range of corporate advisory, debt restructuring, and financial restructuring exercises. She began her professional career with the Corporate Care Department of Coopers & Lybrand, where she gained valuable experience in managing companies under receivership and liquidation.

With more than two decades of service at Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd, Ms. Goh has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Company's financial management, treasury operations, corporate finance, and governance, contributing significantly to the organisation's financial stability and long-term growth.
