The Maju Expressway is a Government of Malaysia (Government) highway project. The highway project is undertaken by Maju Expressway Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Konsortium Lapangan Terjaya Sdn. Bhd.) (MESB), a single purpose company which holds the concession granted by the Government to design, construct, maintain, operate and manage the 26km Maju Expressway.

The concession period is for a period of 33 years commencing from 06 December 2004.

MESB is a subsidiary of Bright Focus Bhd. which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Maju Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
